Dr.PAWPAW
Social Media Executive

(Full-Time, Office- Based, Location: Bromley)

Dr.PAWPAW, the UK’s leading producer of PAWPAW balms sold in over 30 countries and available in all major outlets is looking for a full-time social media executive for its ever-growing channels. This will include being responsible for the development & execution of the overall social strategy across all platforms.

You will work alongside our in house PR manager, Retail marketing manager and sales team. You will also have contact with our web and PR agencies. Please note this is a full time office based role.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and curate content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Day-to day management of social pages: responding to all comments and messages, enriching the pages where necessary and interacting with our social communities
  • Focus on growing numbers and engagement organically
  • Strategise our social media pages and regularly suggest creative ideas for the pages
  • Create high quality and engaging content in terms of copy, imagery and video
  • Come up with relevant social campaigns
  • Organise and attend photoshoots for content
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing and design team
  • Regularly use monitoring and analytics to measure success
  • Good understanding of audiences – B2C and B2B
  • Creating reports and presenting to the team

E-commerce / Digital Sales Executive

Dr.PAWPAW, the UK’s leading producer of PAWPAW balms sold in over 30 countries and available in all major outlets is looking for a full-time digital executive to join its growing team. This will include managing and optimizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Dr.PAWPAW website
  • Manage our TP and Tmall Agency
  • Manage our FBA execution with Amazon UK and EU
  • Ensure all relevant web pages are kept up to date and accurate
  • Maintain online listings
  • Unique and engaging content for website
  • Write and implement copy on all web pages, ensuring it is user-friendly, engaging and optimised
  • Grow online business
  • Set KPIs and regular review of sales performance
  • Explore additional revenue streams
  • Work closely with in-house teams and provide support where necessary

Base salary + commission

Sales Administrator

Dr.PAWPAW, the UK’s leading producer of PAWPAW balms sold in in over 30 countries and available in all major outlets is looking for a full-time SALES ADMINISTRATOR to join its growing team.

The person does not require sales experience, however, enthusiasm and willingness to learn is a must! The role Is full time, based in our Bromley office. The right candidate will be a positive individual and have experience which includes the following tasks:

  • Dealing with enquiries over email and by telephone.
  • Being able to answer calls and relay information
  • Processing orders using our systems.
  • Using our CRM and Email marketing forms to produce order reporting
  • Responding to customer calls
  • Contacting customers
  • Order progression
  • Transport queries and advising of delivery lead times
  • Working within a team including our accounts and marketing
  • Loving our products and having fun!
